Vitamin, mineral and extract inputs are tipped and weighed to the formulation sheet, then conveyed to the mixing room. Minor ingredients are pre-blended with a carrier so they disperse evenly in the main batch.

Ingredients are screened and, where a fine and uniform particle size is needed, reduced in a mill. Finer particles help the blend stay uniform and fill consistently into capsules.

The full formulation is blended until the actives are evenly spread through the carrier base. Blend uniformity is what keeps the declared content the same from the first capsule to the last.

For gummy and chewable formats the gelling base, sweetener and actives are cooked in a jacketed vessel and deposited into moulds. The deposited pieces are cooled before they are demoulded and finished.

The blend is dosed into capsules or filled straight into bottles and jars, which are then closed and sealed. Fill weight is monitored through the run.

Bottles are labelled, coded with batch and expiry details, and camera-checked for cap and label placement. Cleared packs are cartoned and cased for despatch.
