Car Parking Lift Systems for Hotels, Malls and Commercial Buildings

The available bay, headroom, column positions and vehicle access path are measured before a parking configuration is fixed. Other vertical handling needs in the same building are reviewed at this stage so shafts and pits are shared where the layout allows.

The pit or shaft opening, anchor points and clearances are prepared to suit the configuration chosen at survey. Guide columns and cross members are set out and aligned so the platform travels along a fixed path.

The lifting platform, drive and locking arrangement are fitted onto the erected guide structure. Mechanical and pneumatic elements are connected and checked by hand before the lift is powered.

The control panel, operating station and interlocks are wired so that platform movement is tied to gate and bay position. Where a building already runs a central system, the lift is prepared for integration with it.

The assembled lift is aligned in the pit or shaft and run through no-load and loaded trials. Access equipment and handling trolleys are used during erection before the bay is cleared for use.

Drawings, operating instructions and a maintenance schedule are handed over with the installation. Wear parts and replacement items are supplied against the same drawings so the lift can be serviced as built.
